- Design & Development: Create detailed blueprints, 2D/3D drawings, and models using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for buildings, infrastructure, and interior spaces.
- Planning & Regulatory Compliance: Develop initial project estimates, timelines, and ensure all plans adhere to zoning laws, fire regulations, and local building codes.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with structural engineers, clients, and contractors to integrate engineering elements (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) into the overall design.
- Site Management: Visit construction sites to conduct inspections, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve any design issues during construction.
- Documentation: Prepare contract documents, technical reports, and cost estimates for projects
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, building systems, and structural engineering principles.
- Licensure: Registered/licensed with a local governing body (if signing off on official drawings).
- Soft Skills: High-level creativity, project management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
