Role Purpose:
Represent SSISPL ownership interest in the JV-executed Owner's PMO for this premium Grade A commercial development at GIFT City. Provide strategic direction, investor and stakeholder governance, and final sign-off authority on scope, cost and schedule decisions.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Chair Monthly Project Steering Committee meetings with JV partners, lenders and key stakeholders.
- Approve project budgets, phase-gate releases and material change orders above delegated authority limits.
- Own the relationship with GIFT SEZ / IFSCA authorities, institutional investors and anchor tenants at leadership level.
- Provide the final escalation point for disputes between the owner's team and contractors/consultants.
- Safeguard SSISPLcommercial and reputational interests across design, construction and handover.
- Approve the phased manpower and outsourced-services plan and any material revisions to it.
Qualifications & Experience:
20+ years in senior real estate / infrastructure project leadership, with prior delivery of Grade A commercial or large mixed-use developments. Exposure to SEZ/IFSCA or comparably regulated environments preferred. Engineering or management postgraduate qualification.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
