Role Summary
South India Shelters Pvt. Ltd. (S.I.S.) is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with 5+ years of expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and paid media. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Manage Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Awareness, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Scale campaigns through audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPL, CPQL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion
Rate.
- Collaborate with creative, web, CRM, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) & Events Manager
- Lead Generation, Advantage+, Remarketing & Audience Targeting
- Campaign Scaling, Budget Optimization & A/B Testing
- Conversion Tracking & Performance Analysis (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Google Ads, GA4 & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- CRM Integration & Landing Page Optimization (CRO)
- AI-powered Marketing & Automation Tools
Preferred
- 5 + years Experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint and Google Ads Certifications are an added advantage.
