- Designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on anticipates needs
- Accountable for the complete lifecycle of employees.
- Managing compensation and benefits plans.
- Report on employee turnover rates.
- Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities.
- Coordination with all Senior Management.
- Identifies the skill set & gap of all the functions.
- Ensure hotel staff compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for training & development for all human resources.
- Execution & Delivery of PMS.
Requirements and skills
- Must have work experience of 7 to 10 years’ experience in HR Operations, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good hands-on MS Office with HRIS.
- Experience in conducting mass interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be graduate or post graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
- Additional diploma in Hotel Management shall be weight to profile.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
