We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, promotional campaigns, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Videography
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for organizational projects, events, campaigns, interviews, testimonials, training programs, and field activities.
- Operate professional cameras, drones (if licensed), lighting equipment, microphones, and other audiovisual tools.
- Capture creative footage, photographs, and B-roll content for promotional and documentary purposes.
- Travel to project sites and event locations as required.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and management of video footage and media assets.
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media, websites, presentations, YouTube, television, and donor reports.
- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and final rendering.
- Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for different digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling standards across all visual content.
Content Development
- Collaborate with project teams, communication professionals, and management to understand content requirements.
- Assist in developing storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts for videos.
- Produce impact stories, case studies, documentaries, and promotional films showcasing organizational achievements.
- Stay updated with current video production trends, editing techniques, and social media content strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of camera operations, lighting techniques, audio recording, and video production workflows.
- Understanding of social media video formats and content optimization.
- Experience in drone videography will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,311.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
