Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Home Automation Technician to install, configure, test, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain smart home and ELV systems at residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission smart lighting, switches, touch panels, sensors, curtain motors, smart locks, and automation systems.
- Install and configure CCTV, Video Door Phones, Access Control, Intercom, Wi-Fi, and Audio-Video systems.
- Configure automation controllers, gateways, platforms, and mobile applications.
- Perform structured cabling, cable termination, panel wiring, and device mounting.
- Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and project layouts.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Handle service calls, preventive maintenance, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with electricians, architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Train customers on system operation and provide post-installation support.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily work updates.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
- Travel to customer and project sites as required.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Home Automation, ELV, CCTV, Networking, or Security Systems preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Knowledge of KNX, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Tuya, Matter, IP cameras, routers, switches, and access points is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
