An HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, acting as a bridge between management and employees. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition (recruitment, onboarding), payroll administration, enforcing company policies, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Managing the full talent acquisition cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and issuing offer letters.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Conducting induction programs for new hires, handling documentation, and maintaining up-to-date employee records in the HRMS.
- Payroll & Attendance: Tracking attendance, leave, and shifts, processing payroll inputs, and resolving salary discrepancies.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for staff grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement events.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring company policies align with labor laws, including managing PF, ESIC, and safety regulations.
- Performance Management: Supporting the appraisal process by assisting in goal setting, tracking performance metrics, and managing exit interviews.
