Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Events planning, organization and execution
- End-to-end execution of hyper-local brand visibility activities and outdoor branding (hoardings,pamphlets, stalls, etc)
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from hoardings and banners to hard copy brochures and pamphlets
- Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions
- Gain consumer insights, research the TG, stay updated with trends
- Drive effective product positioning in the market
- Strong management of the budget for promotional and performance initiatives
- Set up meetings with client decision-makers and plan approaches and pitches
- Analyze consumer engagement data to determine ROI for each initiative
- Market research, and competitor analysis to measure the success of recent campaigns
Skills Required:
As the BTL - Marketing Executive, you will need to monitor marketing trends, ensure brand visibility and performance, create marketing plans, and new innovations and execute comprehensive on-the-ground campaign strategies to increase awareness of the product to relevant audiences - keeping in mind the vision and mission of the company.
