Hiring: Cloud Operations Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer with strong Azure infrastructure and operations experience to act as the primary point of contact for Data Analytics teams and coordinate with cloud vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve Azure infrastructure incidents and service requests
- Coordinate with cloud vendors and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance
- Perform troubleshooting across compute, storage, database, networking, and access-related issues
- Support Azure monitoring, operational governance, and change management activities
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and resource utilization tracking
- Maintain RCA documentation, operational dashboards, and audit readiness
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3–6 years of Cloud Operations / Support experience (L2/L3)
- Azure Certification – AZ-104 or AZ-305 (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Azure operations and production support
- Experience in BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or regulated environments preferred
Preferred:
- Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
- Azure FinOps / Cost Management
- Databricks Administration
- AZ-500 / AZ-400 Certifications
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
