Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and customer orders from initiation to delivery
● Call and follow up with customers from the existing database to maintain engagement and support sales activities
● Support the sales and business development team with day-to-day coordination and communication
● Maintain and update customer records, order status, and sales data in the CRM
● Liaise with the purchase, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
● Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries for the management team
● Handle customer queries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of service
● Assist in preparing proposals, rate lists, and product information for customers
Preferred Qualifications:
● Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or customer service role
● Prior experience in a B2B environment — preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products — will be an advantage
● Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
