We are seeking an Architectural Design Manager with 3–5 years of experience in architectural design management for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, design coordination, consultant management, and project execution for both horizontal and vertical developments.
Key Responsibilities Manage architectural design, planning, and project coordination.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop design proposals.
Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and site teams.
Review drawings and ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to applicable building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with MEP, landscape, and interior teams.
Visit project sites to monitor execution and resolve design issues.
Prepare project presentations, reports, and documentation.
Support final inspections and project handovers.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in architectural design management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills Required Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Revit, DCPR, and Green Building practices is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
