Call Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer service calls.
- Create service tickets and assign them to the appropriate service engineer.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule installation or service visits.
- Track the status of all open calls until closure.
- Follow up with service engineers for timely updates.
- Keep customers informed about service schedules and progress.
- Escalate critical or delayed cases to the service manager.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, installation reports, and call closures.
- Coordinate with the OEM, spare parts team, and logistics team when parts are required.
- Ensure service-level agreement (SLA) timelines are met.
- Collect customer acknowledgements, installation reports, and call closure documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
