Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through the sale of IT infrastructure solutions, software products, cloud services, and related technology offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience managing B2B enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure and software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customer-specific solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit regular sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure products such as servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in enterprise sales of IT infrastructure products, software solutions, cloud services, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
