Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with recognized boards like CBSE, ICSE, or State boards.
- Student Assessment: Design formative and summative assessments, grade papers, and provide constructive developmental feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment suited for adolescent learners.
- Student Support: Offer remedial guidance for slow learners and engage in pastoral care or extracurricular supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics, plus a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of prior teaching experience in a recognized school is often preferred.
- Skills: Fluent verbal and written English communication, basic computer literacy for digital classrooms, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹11,325.12 - ₹26,380.94 per month
