HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- Prepare and issue HR documents including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other employment-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is updated and compliant.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities with IT, Admin, Finance, and other departments.
- Manage attendance, leave records, regularizations, probation confirmations, and employee records through the HRMS.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, variable pay, incentives, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll.
- Manage statutory compliance including:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Gratuity
- Labour law compliance
- Coordinate statutory filings, challans, and documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory regulations.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Experience in recruitment coordination and candidate management.
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software (Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP, or similar).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
