Consultant Software Engineer 7 to 10 yrs Oracle HCM Functional
Should have 7 to 10 years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality (Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation and Dynamic Skills). Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the functional consultant for technical streams. Participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including the setup of enterprise and workforce structures such as legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, and grades.
2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
3. The candidate must have Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities (Core HR, Absences or OTL)
o Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications to streamline HR processes and enhance the user experience.
o Define and manage HCM Security, including security roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs), to ensure data privacy and access control.
o Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable end-users and provide post-go-live support.
o Configure Absence (end-to-end)
o Configure OTL (end-to-end)
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
o Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration
4. Good to have skills
o Technical exposure to Oracle HCM modules is added advantage
o Experience on HCM Extracts and BI Reports
o Agile Methodology of working, Jira Board
5. Should have completed at least 2 projects on the above mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor
6. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
7. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
8. Willing to work in shifts, if required in future.
