Key Responsibilities:
1) Handle recruitment and onboarding processes — including job posting, screening, interviewing, offer roll-out, and new employee orientation.
2) Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll support data.
3) Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
4) Manage exit formalities such as resignations, F&F settlements, and exit interviews.
5) Serve as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and grievances.
6) Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies (recruitment consultants, insurance, payroll vendors, etc.).
7) Prepare HR reports, CTC structures, and documentation as required by management.
8) Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
9) Coordinate with vendors for Employee Infrastructure related aspects (eg. Water purifiers, AC's etc.)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
