Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to develop international business opportunities, generate export sales, and build long-term relationships with overseas customers and distributors. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, lead generation, and export market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Generate export inquiries through online portals, trade platforms, exhibitions, and market research.
- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) and prepare techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and sales contracts with international customers.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas clients and provide product information.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Overseas Marketing.
- Experience in B2B sales and export market development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of international trade practices and export procedures.
