Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Target-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will work closely with BDMs, clients, developers, designers, and internal teams to understand project requirements, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion with quality standards.
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage projects from planning to successful delivery.
✔ Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
✔ Coordinate with BDMs, developers, designers, and internal teams.
✔ Monitor project timelines, quality, budgets, and deliverables.
✔ Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
✔ Resolve project challenges proactively.
✔ Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Team Management
The Project Manager will manage a team of 2–4 (or more) Business Development Managers (BDMs) and ensure that all acquired projects are executed successfully within deadlines.
Required Skills
✔ Proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, or Agency environment).
✔ Excellent communication and client handling skills.
✔ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong planning, execution, and organizational skills.
