Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology (Freshers are welcome!)
Industry: Spices Manufacturing (FMCG)
Role: Product Quality Control (On Roll)
- Handle Single Line IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) activities
- Monitor Blending operations and ensure FG quality compliance
- Supervise Crushing and Grinding processes
- Check Sterilization / Steam Treated FG for quality and safety
- Monitor Pulverizing operations (Turmeric & spice powders)
- Oversee Stuffing / Packing line quality checks
- Conduct Raw Material (RM) verification before processing
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and condition
- Identify and prevent foreign bodies (stone, metal pieces)
- Perform line monitoring during stuffing & packing
- Maintain quality records, logs, and documentation
- Follow GMP, GHP, and food safety standards on the shop floor

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
