Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with strong experience in tenders and skill development projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and driving business growth in government and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue tender-based and skill development business opportunities
- Present and explain project opportunities to stakeholders (PSUs, NGOs, Training Partners, Government bodies)
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate leads
- Handle and respond to client queries effectively
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations
- Conduct client visits and field meetings when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and execution support
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in tenders, government projects, or skill development sector
- Strong understanding of government schemes, RFPs, EOIs, and tender processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
- Leadership skills to manage and guide a sales team
Preferred Profile
- Background in Skill Development / Education / Consulting / Government Liaisoning
- Existing network with PSUs, NGOs, Training Institutes, or Government departments
