Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Multilingual Customer Service Executive proficient in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam. The successful candidate will handle customer queries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Multilingual Communication:
- Assist customers in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam.
- Translate customer service scripts and documents as required.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, queries, and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to improve the overall customer service process.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
- Proven experience in handling multi-language communication is preferred.
- Skills:
- Fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
