Relationship Manager | Tenant Acquisition | 1-2 years | Koramangala
We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, hardworking go-getter to join our high performance tenant acquisition team. You will need to select, verify, negotiate and close tenants for the properties assigned to you. You will present metrics on a monthly basis, and ensure that the growth and occupancy rate goals are achieved. You will need to be able to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Sales Experience, with a high performance track record.. Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to communicate very well in English
- Strong negotiation & sales skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Experience with Real estate will be an added plus
- Knowledge of the local language is also an added plus
