Business Development Executive – International Business
Shastika Global Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing export business.
Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–3 Years
What you'll do:
- Identify and connect with potential domestic & international clients
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
- Conduct market research and identify new markets
- Achieve monthly business development targets
Who we're looking for:
Good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, negotiation ability and a strong interest in sales/business development.
