ServiceNow CMDB Specialist Pune · Full Time · Hybrid
About the Role This role requires a skilled individual with strong expertise in ServiceNow development and administration to manage ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and vulnerability management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating and optimizing Qualys VMDR within ServiceNow environments and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM
- Integrate and optimize Qualys VMDR within ServiceNow environments
- Design and implement automated remediation and escalation workflows
- Build dashboards and reports to track configuration items and vulnerability workflows
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with operational and technical teams
- Manage CMDB reconciliation processes and asset relationships
- Develop and implement Flow Designer automation and REST/SOAP integrations
- Write JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules and Script Includes
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in a responsive and detail-oriented manner
Requirements
- Develop and administer ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM
- Have 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Possess strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and asset relationships
- Have proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules and Script Includes
- Have experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer automation
- Have a good understanding of CMDB reconciliation processes and vulnerability management
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
