At Baid Inbest we are a growing financial services organization specializing in Mutual Fund Distribution and Insurance Broking. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller to join our team and contribute to our customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers regarding Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
- Schedule appointments for the sales/advisory team.
- Explain basic product features and benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, investment opportunities, documentation, and service-related matters.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and query resolution.
- Achieve calling targets, lead generation goals, and conversion support objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales, preferably in the Insurance, Mutual Fund, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, and regional language(s).
- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance products, or financial services will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic computer operations.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation or financial product calling will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
