Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can manage project activities, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for project execution
- Track project progress and maintain project reports
- Schedule meetings, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Handle communication related to project timelines and deliverables
- Support procurement, billing, and project-related coordination activities
- Maintain proper records of project activities and updates
- Resolve day-to-day coordination issues and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
