Role: Hindi-Speaking Telecaller – Product Application
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote product applications.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage in Hindi (and English if required).
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about product applications.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule product demos or appointments for the sales team when necessary.
- Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and feedback reports.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and application updates.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in tele calling/customer support (freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Ability to explain technical/product details in simple language.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
