HITA Health & Wellness Centre is a multi-speciality clinic focused on holistic well-being, integrating physical and mental healthcare. We offer outpatient consultations, diagnostic blood tests, and pharmacy services under one roof, supported by qualified medical professionals.
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Clinic Assistant who can handle blood sample collection, assist doctors during consultations and manage the day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy) following standard safety and hygiene protocols.
- Label, store, and coordinate samples with partner diagnostic laboratories.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure availability of required medical supplies.
- Manage patient flow, basic reception duties, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in clinical areas.
- Handle basic clinic administration and record-keeping.
- Support overall smooth functioning of the clinic.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification or experience in Phlebotomy / DMLT / GNM / ANM / Nursing Assistant preferred
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or diagnostic centre is an advantage.
- Ability to draw blood confidently from adults and children.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices.
- Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Fluent in English, Assamese and Hindi.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
