Job Summary: Sanitar India Ltd is seeking a Graphic & Content Designer to be an integral part of the marketing team, contributing to creative ideas and executing high-quality design and content across our brand portfolio (Sanitar, Grande Home Care, Ayoun Al Sunaina , Zircon Concepts). This role oversees all creative output to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, working from direction set by the Purchase & Marketing Manager.
Full Job Description
- Participate in ideation for marketing and creative campaigns
- Oversee creative output to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
- Develop designs, layouts, and artwork following core graphic design principles (paper size, margins, gutter, bleed, baseline grid)
- Create marketing and advertising material applying sound typography, hierarchy, kerning, leading, and alignment
- Design for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, invitations, social media posts, and digital banners
- Design product packaging
- Design UI/UX for web and digital platforms, with an understanding of browser capabilities
- Develop multimedia content, including basic video/motion editing
- Support media production, communication, and content dissemination
- Write basic marketing content (captions, descriptions, ad copy)
- Use AI prompting and AI content generation tools to speed up creative production
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles, and typography
- Working-level content writing ability
- Comfortable with AI-assisted design and content workflows
- A portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital, and packaging
Software Skills:
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic multimedia/video)
- Figma / Adobe XD (UI/UX)
- Canva
