We are currently launching our AI for Working Professionals program and are looking for an experienced AI Trainer/Mentor who can make AI practical, accessible and immediately useful for professionals from different industries.
Key Responsibilities - AI Training & Delivery
- Conduct engaging live online sessions for working professionals.
- Explain AI concepts in a simple, practical and business-oriented manner.
- Demonstrate AI tools through live examples and real-world workflows.
- Create practical exercises, assignments and projects.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions.
- Help learners identify opportunities to implement AI in their own jobs.
- Continuously update course content based on developments in the AI ecosystem.
Candidate Requirements Must Have
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI, GenAI, consulting, automation, technology, digital transformation or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering.
- Practical experience using AI for business/productivity workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical professionals.
- Ability to conduct live demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations and responsible AI.
- Ability to create practical assignments and projects.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes.
Good to Have
- Experience training working professionals.
- Experience in corporate AI training.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in organisations.
- Knowledge of AI automation platforms.
- Experience with AI agents.
- Knowledge of APIs and LLM integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance or Operations.
- Experience consulting organisations on AI adoption.
Pay: From ₹500.00 per hour
