Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in IT sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling web development, mobile application development, software solutions, and digital services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business and technical requirements.
- Promote and sell company services including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, E-commerce Solutions, and Digital Marketing Services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate project estimation and delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Software Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting processes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing/Sales), BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any relevant graduate degree.
- Relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
