We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Freshers to join our Field Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products/services, conducting market visits, generating leads, and building relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned market areas on a daily basis.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct surveys and collect market feedback.
- Generate new leads and support the sales team.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, and product catalogs.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and customers.
- Report daily field activities to the reporting manager.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and brand activation programs.
- Achieve daily and monthly activity targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred (if required for the role).
