Lead Creative Direction: Drive high-impact visual narratives across social content, product launches, and brand campaigns, translating strategy into effective multi-platform films.

Direct & Produce: Direct brand ambassadors and talent, and guide collaborations with creators and influencers for hero films and supporting content.

Planning & Blueprinting: Develop detailed creative treatments, Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) decks, and comprehensive execution blueprints.

On-Set Creative Decision Making: Make smart, real-time decisions on coverage, blocking, and editing strategies to maximise production output.

Experimentation: Continuously test new AI tools, production techniques, and evolving visual formats.

Creative System Ownership: Own and evolve in-house production systems and AI-assisted content pipelines.

Accelerate Production: Use AI video generation tools to rapidly prototype ideas, generate initial shots, and accelerate the overall creative timeline.

Prompt Engineering: Write high-quality prompts for video, visual, and audio generation using platforms like Higgsfield, Weavy, Runway, Pika, and various AI audio/voice generators.

Workflow Integration: Seamlessly blend AI-generated visuals and audio with traditional filmmaking and post-production workflows.

Creative Asset Development: Build and scale a global content asset bank utilising both live-action footage and AI-generated content.

Act as the Creative Core: Serve as the core creative link between brand teams, external creators, production partners, and the post-production team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Editors, Motion Designers, AI Video Artists, Colourists, Sound Designers, and Music Producers.

Accelerated Creative Delivery: Guide multiple parallel pipelines—shoot, edit, grade, and AI generation—to ensure fast, decisive, and clean feedback loops and accelerate final delivery.

Creative Workflow Improvement: Continuously refine production processes using AI-assisted tools.
