Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer Trainer to provide practical and industry-focused training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to teach user-centered design principles and modern design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on UI/UX design concepts and methodologies.
- Teach wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
- Train students in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Guide students in creating web and mobile application designs.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, and portfolio projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare course materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and design practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of user research, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and design handoff processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design or training.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of interaction design and user psychology.
- Experience in conducting classroom and online training sessions.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
