About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to support our company by generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce the company's software products and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and identifying business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and meetings.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update them regularly.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with the development and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketing Executive, or Lead Generation Executive, preferably in an IT or software company.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language(s).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in B2B telecalling or software sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
