You'll own the build, automation, and integration of identity systems across our Identity Control Plane. This isn't a helpdesk role — you're treating identity as a scalable platform product, not a queue of tickets.
Core stack: SailPoint + Entra ID + Active Directory + HR systems + downstream apps. You ship reliable, repeatable, production-grade identity solutions.
What You'll Do
Engineer Identity Lifecycle End-to-End
- Own joiner/mover/leaver flows using SailPoint as the backbone.
- Build and maintain connectors, rules, transforms, workflows, and policies.
- Provision and deprovision access across AD, Entra ID, and enterprise apps.
- Stay inside approved architecture — no cowboy configs.
Kill Manual Processes
- Turn one-off, exception-heavy identity tasks into automated, policy-driven workflows.
- Build reusable platform components that scale across apps and user types.
- Push standard paths; push back on exceptions.
Own Application Onboarding
- Be the technical lead for integrating apps into the identity governance model.
- Implement birthright access, RBAC, and request-driven access per platform standards.
- Build integrations that are observable and maintainable — not just functional.
Keep It Stable at Scale
- Fix recurring issues through engineering, not workarounds.
- Support root cause analysis with IAM leads.
- Ensure your implementations generate audit evidence without you babysitting compliance.
Document and Track Your Work
- Keep your work planned, tracked, and traceable.
- Write documentation that actually helps the next person — configs, workflows, integrations.
- Contribute to shared knowledge bases and improve standards over time.
What You Need
- Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent real-world experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms and JML automation.
- Proven track record turning manual identity processes into automated solutions.
- Solid grip on SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, directory sync.
- Experience integrating identity systems with HR sources and apps via APIs or connectors.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across provisioning flows and integrations.
- You build things that are supportable, not just shippable.
Pay: ₹690,497.17 - ₹1,899,120.41 per year
