- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of plant machinery.
- Identify mechanical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce machine downtime.
- Coordinate with the Production team for timely resolution of machine-related issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts records.
- Handle installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new machines and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of pumps, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain adequate stock of critical mechanical spare parts.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, 5S, and company maintenance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
