Role Summary
The SPO Trainee will support the Strategic Program Office in driving operational excellence through process monitoring, quality audits, SLA tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves analyzing operational workflows, ensuring compliance with established standards, identifying process gaps, and contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational audits using defined checklists, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality frameworks.
- Review operational workflows, ticket queues, and service activities to ensure adherence to established processes and compliance standards.
- Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, identify exceptions, and escalate potential risks or delays.
- Analyze operational data and prepare audit reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Track recurring operational issues, identify trends, and highlight areas requiring corrective or preventive action.
- Document audit findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve process effectiveness and service quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and standardization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and operational best practices.
- Assist in evaluating automation opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit observations, process updates, and improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in operations, process improvement, quality assurance, auditing, business analysis, or operational excellence.
- Familiarity with workflow management, service operations, or process documentation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
