The Job:Ability to work with the Seven Steps team to increase brand awareness through the usage of social media platforms.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
Work Experience: 4-7 years of social media management experience.

The Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement our social media strategy that aligns with our business goals in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing.
- Increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. photos, videos, reels, etc)
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Handle social media pages of the company.
- Come up with catchy and attractive content for social media.
- Develop a weekly calendar for posts
Desired Skills:
- Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
- Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
- Entry-level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience.
- Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
