Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and growth-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for MutinyX which is SAAS software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, growing the database of brands and influencers, driving user engagement, and positioning MutinyX as a preferred influencer marketing platform in the market.
The candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, influencer ecosystem understanding, campaign strategy, and audience acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to onboard brands and influencers onto the MutinyX platform.
- Drive database growth through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Build targeted acquisition campaigns for both creators and businesses.
- Increase platform registrations, engagement, and campaign participation.
- Create innovative campaigns to position MutinyX as a leading influencer marketing platform.
- Develop brand awareness initiatives across social media, digital channels, and partnerships.
- Build marketing funnels to attract startups, SMEs, D2C brands, agencies, and influencers.
- Design creator outreach and engagement programs.
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, talent agencies, and communities.
- Promote platform benefits and encourage creator participation in campaigns.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Develop platform communication, product messaging, and campaign creatives.
- Create marketing content including blogs, social media posts, videos, and creator success stories.
- Track user acquisition metrics, engagement rates, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate reports and provide insights for business growth.
- Use data-driven approaches to improve marketing performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, influencer marketing, or SaaS/platform marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem and creator economy.
- Experience in performance marketing and social media campaigns.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, branding, and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms, creator marketplaces, or digital media companies.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking and marketing automation tools.
- Existing network with creators, agencies, or D2C brands is an added advantage.
