About the Role
Anand Builders & House of Gu.Ban is seeking an experienced Landscape Consultant to collaborate on upcoming luxury hospitality and premium commercial projects. We are looking for professionals with a strong portfolio in landscape planning, sustainable design, and high-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare innovative landscape concepts and master plans.
- Develop hardscape and softscape designs.
- Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, and landscape detailing.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, lighting, and landscape elements.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture / Planning.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant consultancy experience.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, hotels, commercial developments, or premium residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems, and sustainable design practices.
Preferred
- Independent consultants or consulting firms are welcome.
- Experience working on large-scale hospitality projects.
- Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits as required.
