- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and technical assistance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial application design and configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating Oracle Financials modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to Oracle Financials.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues within Oracle Financials environments.
Additional Information:
