Kalamandir Jewellers is looking for a motivated and energetic Corporate Trainer to conduct training sessions and support employee development across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new and existing employees
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and role-play sessions
- Coordinate with HR and store managers for training schedules
- Maintain training records and reports
- Support employee skill development and performance improvement
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Training, HR, or related field
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Good presentation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel across branches
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Retail or Jewellery industry exposure preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
