Position : Warehouse Coordinator
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate various warehouse activities for optimal productivity.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
- Schedule and plan the allocation of resources to meet operational demands efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure and compliant working environment
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures
