The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions while mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.
- Architect and implement backend solutions using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and design, develop, and manage RESTful services.
- Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
- Drive the adoption of modern AI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, GenAI, and LLMs in development workflows.
Required Skills
- 5+years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
- Strong proficiency with version control systems (Git).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Exposure to recent AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, GenAI, and LLMs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with React.js or any frontend technology.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and driving best engineering practices.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
