Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Footwear Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate must be graduate from FDDI (Footwear Design & Development Institute) and eager to start their career in footwear merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of footwear merchandising activities
- Coordinate with design, production, and sourcing teams
- Monitor product development timelines and follow up with vendors
- Analyze market trends, styles, and customer preferences
- Support costing, sampling, and order management processes
- Maintain product data, reports, and merchandising documents
- Ensure quality standards and delivery schedules are met
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Only Graduate from FDDI Institute (mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of footwear materials, construction, and merchandising concepts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
