Location: Nexus Gaming, Kamla Nagar
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month

About the Role
Nexus Gaming is looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly team members to join our gaming zone operations. If you enjoy gaming, interacting with people, and managing a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage gaming consoles and assist customers with gameplay.
* Ensure smooth functioning of gaming consoles and equipment.
* Handle snooker and pool table bookings and customer assistance.
* Manage gaming zone operations and ensure the area remains clean and organised.
* Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional experience.
* Manage customer bookings, session timings, and basic billing/entries.
* Maintain accurate records of daily operations.
* Ensure consoles, controllers, snooker tables, pool tables, and other equipment are handled properly.
* Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Comfortable working in both day and night shifts.
