Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, prices, finance, and insurance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Prepare quotations, bookings, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Promote accessories and value-added services.
- Participate in showroom events and sales campaigns.
- Both Male and Female candidates preferred.
