Role Overview:
Bangalore, India | 8 to 14 years of experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while maintaining a focus on customer needs and user experience.

Utilize PL/SQL and Oracle databases to manage data effectively, ensuring data integrity and optimizing database performance.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, providing innovative solutions to enhance system functionality.
